The apartment is located off the Ditmars stop and conveniently near all amenities - several grocery and produce stores (including 24 hour establishments), many restaurants, laundry,
and of course the famous Bohemian Beer Garden.  Astoria is renowned for its culinary diversity, proximity to Manhattan, and laid back nightlife.  There is easy access to both La Guardia airport and Astoria Park on the water.

The room can easily accommodate a full-size bed, desk, and dresser or night table (the room is light green with blue carpeting and large windows).  There is a large kitchen, living room, bathroom, and small additional room that is shared as studio/additional storage. Your roommates are two theatre and entertainment industry professionals both in their twenties, one male and one female.   Roommates share cleaning and utilities - rent is $775 and includes base rent, cable with DVR and HBO, and wireless Internet.  The rest of the apartment is furnished so this is an excellent opportunity for someone who doesn't have a lot of furniture.  The apartment is located on the second floor of a family home.

Room are huge fans of The Office, Entourage, Top Chef, and House Hunters.   Both roommates keep a pretty busy schedule and laid back attitudes.  There is no smoking in the apartment and roommates are respectful in regards to guests and varying schedules.
