One bedroom sublet, Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn

Flow through, first floor, one bedroom apartment for sublet July 15th-September 15th, 2009.  End date negotiable.

Looking for a very quiet and responsible person.  Landlord lives directly below me, so someone mature and able to tread lightly is required.  No smokers, no pets, non-party, and clean.  Apartment is fully furnished with a very comfortable queen size bed, space for hanging clothes, two small dressers, small sofa, ottoman, all the kitchen supplies (decent kitchen by NYC standards), TV, DVD (and window AC unit if needed); a comfortable place to come home to after a long day in the city.

Two references, proof of income and deposit of one month's rent (money order) required.

Located in Carroll Gardens, 3 (short) blocks to F train.  Connects to A/C train (after two stops on the F).  Great neighborhood for restaurants (Smith Street), walking around, and shopping (Court and Smith Street).  New Trader Joe's on Atlantic/Court, MET food market only 4 blocks away on Henry, and laundry nearby.  Short bus ride to BAM.

Please write a short note to ahlag11231@gmail.com and tell a bit about yourself and reason for sublet.

Rent: $1000 (includes gas but no phone landline) +wireless internet 34.95 per month + electric (approximately 60 bucks a month unless using AC/Heater).  Security deposit (one month's rent) required.
