Stage Manager

We are seeking a stage manager for a production of "Death in Mozambique" opening during the last two weekends of July at The Cherry Pit (formerly Bank Street Theatre, now absorbed into Cherry Lane Theatre).

"Death in Mozambique" is a two-act drama about six characters in Beira, Mozambique at the end of that country's civil war (Oct. 1992). In this piece, two American expatriates (a missionary and a bar owner), two Russian Air Force pilots, and two native Mozambicans (a poor man and a waitress) try to escape the sins of their pasts.

This production will have press coverage and has a great cast/crew/director already in place. All we need is a ready, willing, and available stage manager. Must be available for evening weekday and day weekend rehearsals plus tech and showtimes. Show closes on July 26th. Thank you!
