I am looking for a new roommate for my huge 3br apartment in Astoria. This is ideal for students or someone who works from home as the third bedroom is a shared office space. The apartment also boasts a large living room and dining room, 10' ceilings, plenty of light, a great back porch w/ garden (appropriate for cocktails and grilling al fresco). I am asking $1000 per month plus utilites and security deposit. Utilites should run about $100 per person per month (includes cable, internet, and ConEd). The apartment is located one block from the 30th Ave subway stop in Astoria - anyone who knows the neighborhood will tell you that this is a prime location!
