Steel Shop Fabricator / Assistant

I. Weiss, a Metro NY Area based theatrical rigging and drapery company, is seeking a steel shop fabricator / shop assistant to work in our newly expanded rigging and fabrication shop in Fairview, NJ. An ideal candidate would have extensive experience using power tools in a shop environment, in particular, welding and metal fabrication. The ability to work safely and effectively with the shop foreman, project managers, drafting team, and field installation team is a must. The ability to read layout and construction drawings is a plus. This is a full time position, with normal working hours, Monday – Friday. Salary and benefits package included.
