Room available to rent in Astoria in large apartment

 I'm currently seeking a roommate to share my 3br apartment in Astoria.  This apartment is a true 3br but I'm only looking for one other person to live with.  The third bedroom is set up as an office which will be shared with whoever moves in should that be desirable.  

The room is 12'6" x 10' with a closet.  The apartment also features a huge front room that serves as both living room and dining room, a respectably sized kitchen with full-size appliances, a standard why-is-the-tub-pink bathroom, and a really great back porch perfect for BBQs and relaxing in the sun. 

I am a 2004 grad from the design option but I am back in grad school studying producing.  I'm respectful of others and like to keep the apartment clean and I expect the same in a roommate.

Rent is $1000 per month plus utilities (about $115 per person for electric, cable, internet).  A security deposit will be required upon signing the sublease.
