Room in a Washington Heights apartment

By mgroeneveld - Posted on 10 April 2011

OK, we're looking for someone to fill in the last few months of our lease from May, June and July. We are two men: a former lighting designer now law student and a current draftsman future grad student. Or third roommate is moving out to take a job down south for the summer.

Apartment details:

Our place is in Washington Heights not far way from the A, C and 1 trains as well as being right by Riverside Park. The room is unfurnished, and includes a shelf which can be removed if you prefer. The rent will be $592 a month plus utilities which run around $65-$75 a month. The utilities include gas, electric, cable with DVR and internet. Like I said before, we're looking for someone to take May, June and July. We'll be moving out at the end of July so there isn't really any option to extend. If you're interested in this apartment all we're requiring is first and last month's rent.

If you're interested, please reply by telling us about yourself, what you're doing in the city and anything else that might be pertinent. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.
